- What were your goals when you started?
When I first started training with Wilton, my goals were simple but meaningful: to lose about 20 pounds, get stronger, and improve my overall quality of life.
- What progress or results have you seen so far?
The results have been incredible. I started at 205 pounds and now weigh 174 pounds. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and at 51 years old, I can now run a 5 minute and 48 second mile, something I never thought possible at this stage of life.
- How has training impacted your life outside the gym?
Training with Wilton has transformed much more than just my body. I feel better, think more clearly, and carry myself with greater confidence. I look better in my clothes, but more importantly, I feel stronger and more capable in every part of my life.
- What would you say to someone considering training with me?
What are you waiting for? Wilton is an amazing trainer and a genuinely good person who truly cares about his clients. He pushes you, believes in you, and helps you see what is possible when you commit. Training with him has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
